“Two rescues and one friendship: the story of a girl and her faithful dog”
Little Lena always loved to walk by the river near her home. Her parents were not worried, because Argo, a huge Caucasian shepherd and devoted protector of the family, was always by her side.
The first case
One day, after a heavy rain, the river flowed dangerously fast. Lena, not knowing this, went into the water, and suddenly her feet slipped off the stones. The current picked her up and carried her downstream. She screamed, but there was no one nearby except Argo.
The dog, without thinking, rushed after her. His powerful paws cut through the water, and a moment later he grabbed the girl by the T-shirt. Argo dug his paws into the bottom and, despite the strong current, pulled Lena to the shore. She hugged him, trembling with fear, and he licked her cheek, as if to say: “Everything is fine.”
The second case
A few months later, Lena was playing on the shore when she noticed a strange man approaching her. He looked strange, constantly looking back. Lena was wary, but did not have time to do anything – the man abruptly moved towards her.
But then a menacing roar was heard. Argo stood between Lena and the stranger, baring his fangs. The man froze, and then, realizing that it was better not to mess with such a dog, turned around and ran away.
Argo stood guard for a few more seconds until he was sure that the danger had passed.
True friendship
From that day on, Lena and Argo became inseparable. The girl understood that this dog was her real guardian angel.
She took care of him, brought him tasty things, and in the evenings she told him her childhood secrets, confident that he understood everything.
Argo saved her life twice, and she gave him her love and loyalty in return. And so their strong friendship continued, which no one could destroy.
